When you find yourself being busy for the sake of having something to do, to impress someone or to because you are so stressed you can’t think well. You know you are no going to be able to make decisions very well, either. So don’t get into the 3 traps that will trip you up.

He was involved with too much workloads and duties and did not know how to reject additional works and tasks. Mr Lucas simply felt anxious almost every day. His heart beats faster and he experienced heavy breathing. To cope with his stress, Mr Lucas turned to cigarettes and alcohol, which did not help him much but only increased his stress levels. Eventually, he quit his job and is currently unemployed.
